Gardening

Gardening is an activity that can be one of our hobby, as well as make the environment around us more green and beautiful. Gardening can also help our world from the threat of global warming because even on a small scale, with gardening we have included creating a green environment. We can do it in our home, school, or in workplace.

There are several words related to gardening:

1.      Garden (noun)

A place that is planted with flowers and other plants.

2.      Pot (noun)

A place that made of plastic, cement, ground, etc, to plant something.

3.      Water (verb)

Pour water on plants.

4.      Cut (verb)

To make an opening in something, especially with a sharp tool such as a knife or scissors.

5.      Plant

A living thing that grows in the earth and usually has a stem, leaves, and roots.

6.      Hoe (noun)

A tool for digging and stir the soil, made of iron and has a stalk is long to a handle.

7.      Dung (noun)

Plant fertilizing that is added to the ground to provide compound that is nedded  plants.

8.      Flower (noun)

The part of a plant which fruit develop, often brightly coloured and lasting only  short time.

9.      Butterfly (noun)

An insect with a long thin body and brightly coloured wings.

10.  Bench (noun)

A long seat that made of wood or stone.
