The researchers began to feel so the importance of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) that becomes one of the factors determine the success of a person. Emotional Intelligence (EI) refers to the ability to perceive, control and evaluate emotions. Some researchers suggest that Emotional Intelligence can be learned and strengthened, while others claim it is an inborn characteristic. EQ includes Self Awareness, Seff Regulation/Management, Social Skill, Emphaty, and Motivation/Passion. Many people intelligent even genius with iq above average, but in the world of work only placed at the level of the bottom, because of his personality that is less favored or difficult sociable, of course not like that. IQ may not necessarily be the basis of success of someone, but more on the attitudes and hard work someone to achieve what he had hoped.

There are some things that we can learn to EQ increases and continually developing world. EQ don't get so only because EQ is an accumulation of the tendency of an individual whose nature is innate by a factor of its environment. Then EQ this can be trained and formed. Attitude is one of important that we will have discussed, because of this attitude we can evaluate emotion a person. There is no other source of attitude is character on the self each individual. We must watch out that are vital for keeping the minds, speech and deeds that will eventually determine the fate of us. Why? As by destiny take choices character yet here we are alive.

Abdullah Gymnastiar in his book titled “i don't want to rich, but must be rich” said that opposite characters good as well as with the character of bad character strong opposite to the character of the weak.
