Optimalize Right Brain

There are some things that we can do to optimize the right brain or creative brain. Some tips below can do:

1. Pause from the routine
Usualy, with routine which boring, make our creative brain little by little blunt, so when there are big problems tend to be solve by emotion, not by wise. One of the way is pause for a while. Do the tasks soon and start to find time, place, and condition that make our mind relaxed and peaceful.

2. Get up early, take a bath and exercise

Start to accustom get up more early. Take a bath in the morning make body health and raise the performance of brain neurons. Try to simply exercise, example jogging. Only with jogging, we can find inspiration to make a paper.

3. Have a idea diary
Every second, very much that we think. Some our think usualy imaged to a idea, and may be that ideas can bring us to success faster. But, if we don't have a media to binding the ideas, that gold opprtunities can lost. The media that can binding our idea is diary. Periodically see the diary, select which that may be can be realization now or a day after.

4. Think "possible"
We must change our mindset to think "Possible.... Sure can.... I will try....". 

5. Think different
Find linkages from all knowledge that we have, then formulated a creative solution to solve that problem. Don't be affraid to think different from others. May be our idea is the best, but if not publication, how to know that idea is the best?

6. Observe, copy, and modify
Creativity can obtainable with take the best from something the best. And make something new with our effort to combine that the best things.

LEFT BRAIN VS RIGHT BRAIN

Brain devided into 2, they are left brain and right brain. 
Function of left brain:

• logical
• sequential
• linear
• rational

Function of right brain:

• random
• irregular
• intuitive
• holistic

After we know that, question arises what is more important, left brain or right brain. Before answer, let we definition one by one function of two side of brain.
Right brain, better know creative brain and imaginative, very useful to make creative solution of every problem we face. Until not excessive if success businessman use this right brain potential form courage to start, willing to take risk and make a typical formula  to solve every problem in the company. Also a student who easy going or clever to entrepeneurship, they use function of this right brain. 

But, if we reflect more deeply. everyone also need left brain to balancing. Why? Because in here we can see how important role of left brain in supporting the success. People who only use right brain tend to be careless and may be take a fatal decision because not use plan and risk management well. In here left brain is needed. How many businessman who sur and believe with their autonomy only one day suddenly broke because deceived? How many students who certain with their creative brain must dissapointed when see their friends are quiet but consistent've got a lot of job opportunities, buseness, or continued study to S2, but he still struggling with the creative world until not realize that his study next month even a tiger. So, the conclusion, left brain and right brain are same important. Because both already designed very perfect by God.

BRAIN

Devision and function of the brain
By Dr. Paul Maclean, brain have three layers, they are:
1. Stem/reptilian brain
Sensory motor function, which from senses and  survival.
2. Limbic system/mammalian brain
Feelings, emotions, boiritmik, memory also immune system.
3. Neocortex/brain thinking
Intelectual thinking, reasoning, language, and intelligence

Breaks for the brain

• The brain need enough break time to optimal operation.
• Time of sleep depends of age. Baby or children sleep 14 hours a day, adult sleep 7,5 hours, and seniors sleep 6 hours.
• When sleep, will occur REM (Rapid Eye Movement). In this time all of information that  be learned a day will be set in the brain and memory. 

Optimal focus range
The brain cannot be forced  to focus long time. To simply, we can use set age. This age we deem minutes with a maximum 30 minutes. Example, children age in 5 have optimal facus range 5 minutes. For children in senior high school, their optimal focus rain are 17 minutes.

Manage Earnings

We are new employee. Every day we go to our work place and do our work. If we already work 1 month, certainly we get a salary.  We are not unemployment or still ask money to our parent. Now the problem is how manage our salary from our hard work in 1 month. Just spend, saved all,or given to parent.

 In here we study about how manage finance in our company with director, manager, financial manager, employee also audit team ourself. Usually, in this step we started thankful and emphaty with work hard of our parent whos take pains for decades. Can we imagine what an extraordinary effort that our parent did. Until they can bring us finish school or collage. 

For more convincing us to loyal to ourself company which already built one month ago. Follow this simple steps:
1. Write company name which we want on A4 paper, mane can inspired from name ourself, clan, the preffered name or name young candidates if we alredy married tomorrow.
2. Make a company proclamation which describe our sincerity to self.
3. Make a financial system planned, include items of expenditure control.
4. Evaluation the financial and work productivity every month.

Poor or rich not judged by the extent of wealth, but mental attitude to be rich. Although we have salary 100 million every month remind classified as poor human. Why? Because our expenditures in every month 150 million.

Then how to mentally rich can be realized? There are suggestions which can we do. Example with make a percentage allocation of expenditure as below:

• 10% to zakat and alms (study zakat although not yet entered nisab).
• 20% to save (long term save, should not be taken to old age).
• 10% to add knowledge and skills. examples: buy book, follow a training, seminars, workshops, etc.
• 60% allocated for our daily needs.
