Friends, have we study the phenomenon which happend in arround? In the same time, there are people so many productive, many activity which do in the same time. There are one second that not precious. His activity is productivity hiself. From reading a book, attend assemblies sciences, go to school, exercise, giving motivation, join organization, until manage the company which pioneered with friends. But with the same time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, there are people reversing the one people above. Confused to find a job, spend their time capital in front of computer to play game or watching TV that not important. It will decrease our motivation. then it will make bad characters.
Here are ways to interfere decreased motivation:
1. Visiting our friends
Go to home's friends whose inspiring. Make appoinment before you come to your friend's home, don't bother your friend's schedule, bring souvenir to your friend. Also visit friends whose more success than us and ask how to reach successful. Remember, imitate the good of others is highly recommended.
2. Read a book or watch film which motivate and inspire.
You can invest your money to buy some book which can motivate and inspire us to move. Examples: Dare to Fail from Billi S. Pilm, Ketika Cinta Bertasbih, Laskar Pelangi, Sang Pemimpi, and others.
3. Make targets for daily, weekly, and monthly
From now, take time to plan targets neglected and unrealized. Remembar, there is no late word to change.
4. Move from comfort zone
May be laziness and inability us to change are an environment which not conducive, friend who doesn't productive, or the position of your room which boring. Start to change all gradually.

Success Student
How should become a collage student? Of course be a success student. Imagine, people was not lecture can be success person. Moreover we, whose have opportunity to study in collage. This sentence not to weaken, but it is a motivation sentence to invite all of collage students to contemplate, understand, and make it happen.
Many students go to campus only to come, sit, and meet their friends. Or only want to eat in canteen. From campus, they hang out and then back to their boarding house.
Other students very dilligent. All time used to focus in all thing that correspond to academic achievement. Finally, it make they squirt, rigid, and less sensitive to others. They never joint to organization. Whereas, it is important to train potential to communicate.
And also there are students whose dilligent to lecture but never active in campus. But unfortunately their academic not good, but under average.
Then how should collage student? Success student is student who can synergize all the potential that God has given. Not only pursuit good value, but also can be independent person and useful to others. This is students are expected to develop the nation. Of course it is not impossible or only dream but we can make it happend.

Music Television
About 2007-2009, MTV of Indonesia was popular. But now doesn't, why?
Whereas, it good for music development in Indonesia. There were MTV Ampuh, MTV Global Room, MTV Rumah Gue, MTV Nongkrong Bareng, and so on. And in every year there was MTV VJ Hunt. Why i memorized enough about MTV programs? Yeah,, because i am a one person who like watching MTV.
In MTV Ampuh, you could see a chart of music and there were information about your favorite singer or band. Not only that, host of MTV Ampuh not always VJ MTV but also artist especially singer.
MTV Global room. Its a program that presented singer and the VJ would reviewed in deep about singer and singer's new album or single.
MTV Rumah Gue. The program that visited to artist's home and it given information about parts of artist's home, the part of home that make artist's favorite, until habit of artist when at home. MTV Rumah Gue given more information about life the artist.
MTV Nongkrong Bareng. It taken the audience to saw about activities of artist for one day. from artist's home, syuting, promoting, lunch, shopping, etc. MTV Nongkrong Bareng can be our inspiration, but we must take the good value from this artist.
Famous VJ on MTv like: VJ daniel, VJ Chatty, VJ rianty, VJ mike, VJ Marissa, and others. Some of them also acting.
Nowaday, music in Indonesia quick change. Band that have pop melayu genre ever popular, but not long. now, girs band and boys band enlivening Indonesian music. It mostly adopting from Korea and teenager like it very much. From a lot of boys or girls band, many from they cannot compete in music industry. So they are disappear or rupture.
Will single, band, group, or other form, it is important to give good quality of voice which audience like it.

Water Is Very Important
Water is very important for our live. Every day we need at least 8 glasses of water for our body. Not only that, we also need water to take a bath, wash my clothes, and others. Water, we cannot live without you...
When dry season, people very wait water from rain to their live.
But if all of day always rain, what do you said? You will said "Why must rain? I cannot do my activity. I hate this day."
People not grateful of what already God given.
Ok. Rain can make a natural disaster. It is a flood. But you cannot blamed rain, becaused rain not only the caused the floop nowaday. May be because people littering, watersheds which must use to make settlement and illegal loging.
People must introspection his self before blame environment and situation.
In this rainy season we must becareful with condition that always canged easily. Don't because when you go to work or school or wherever not rain, so you not bring an umbrella or rain coat. That things are important for you to protect you from rain.
I have hard also funny story in this rainy season. I live in Rusunawa I Unnes. one week after end of holiday, all students already came back with each activities. Bad news, there is a problem with water pump in Rusunawa and it cannot provide enough water to all occupant. In brief time, water already fail. So many srudents not get water for their need. Some students take water from undeer floor whit bucket and they bring it to second floor. Some studenrs also go to his friend boarding house to take a bath. Other students take a bath in mosque. I think its so exhausting so i don't do like them. I only use water from under floor to ablution or when i will pray, i with my friends go to the mosque that there is in a cross from Rusunawa. And then, how about i take a bath or washing my clothes? i enthusiastic when security said that water would available in certain time. I will take a bath in that time. And when i hear a sound of water or student said that water are available, i go to bath room soon to take a bath. Fortunately, when a would take a bath to go to campus, water always available.
Water shortages in Rusunawa was happen in three days. After the water pump fixed, the condition back to ordinary. I hope that incident not repeated.

My Indonesia
Indonesia has many Island that it very rich with natural resources. Don't see in Jakarta or generally Java island. Many more island of Indonesia wich have the rich of natural resources. Indonesia has beautiful beach, mountain, plants, and the sea of Indonesia are very beautiful with variegeted living things.. Not only that, culture of Indonesia be wealth that very need to conserved. We as a young generation must explore it to Indonesian welfare. And then, our question is, How we can help Indonesia to be the great country? Do you already contributed for Indonesia from your self potensial?
If you are a student, you can contributed with your smart, you must can manage your time to study and develop the ability to sociable. You can join to organization or you can to the a student who is critical. Don't forget, if you already finish your school or collage, you must make Indinesia be better than now.

Not only that, the genius Indonesian people go to foreign, why? That their choice. But I think in Indonesia not ready to use or utilize and the condition also.
